This new site is just launching to enable us to provide an online shopping experience, but as we are able we intend to give much more detail in the stories behind the skins.  American alligator, in particular, is a preservation success story that Louisiana can be proud of.  A lot of good Cajun boys spend quality time bonding with alligators in the swamps to make sure sausage and skins continue to be available.
