Personal Information: The personal information that we collect and keep in our database includes your name, address, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and purchase history. When you create an account with us we also collect your e-mail address and password.
Information Sharing: None of this data is ever shared with any individual or business outside of Wehmeiers. We will use it to track our sales and send you information on current offerings and promotions. Please note that this policy addresses information we collect through this website as well as our retail stores and other offline means.
Credit Cards: Credit Cards accepted include American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Credit Card information is collected on a secured page, processed with your purchase and not retained in any database.
Your Account: If you have registered for an account or made a purchase, you may view and update your account information by logging into the "Online Account" section of the website with your e-mail address and password. Once logged in, you can view or update your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. You can also call, write or e-mail Wehmeier’s to access or update any of this information.
Promotions: Our customers receive standard order status communications, such as order confirmation and shipping dates, via e-mail. If you register for a website account or make a purchase, you will automatically receive promotional e-mails from Wehmeiers. However, please be aware that since we are a small, family business, there will never be a constant deluge of e-mails. We would anticipate a maximum of five to ten per year.
Mailing List: If you would like to be removed from our promotional mailing list, please contact us by mail, phone or e-mail. Please note that your choice to opt-out of promotional e-mails will not affect e-mail notifications regarding your order with us.
Age Policy: Our website is not intended for use by children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age and will delete such information once we become aware of it.
